SPRING 2026
This living and dining space was conceived as the heart of the Richmond model home by Davila Homes, in the Bela Colina community, translating a timeless contemporary style where every choice is intentional and every detail reflects comfort, sophistication, and functionality. More than integrated areas, these spaces reveal a curated narrative designed to welcome and elevate everyday living.
The neutral palette, with soft beiges, refined off-whites, natural wood tones, and warm gray accents, was selected to create depth without excess. These hues interact with abundant natural light, expanding the interiors while establishing a serene atmosphere. Plush fabrics, organic surfaces, and contemporary finishes form a refined yet inviting foundation.
The open layout enhances flow and connection, allowing the living and dining areas to transition seamlessly. Clean lines, balanced proportions, and carefully selected furnishings reinforce the elegance, while custom millwork and strategic lighting highlight architectural volumes and add layered interest.
Nothing is accidental. Every element, from furniture placement to decorative accents, serves a purpose, encouraging gathering and celebrating the architecture.
The result is a contemporary environment that transcends trends, expressing refined simplicity, functionality, and warmth, a space designed to be lived in comfortably, entertained in elegantly, and remembered through meaningful moments, an essence that defines my design signature.
